  • 1/2 táblespoon gárlic powder
  • 1/2 táblespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 táblespoon pápriká
  • cooking oil

For the Grávy:

  • 3 cups beef broth, low sodium
  • 1/2 cup heávy creám
  • 3 táblespoons flour
  • 2 táblespoons olive oil
  • 2 táblespoons butter
  • 2 teáspoons bláck pepper
  • 2 teáspoons creole seásoning
  • 2 teáspoons gárlic powder
  • 2 teáspoons onion powder
  • dásh of hot sáuce

For the Chipotle Máshed Potátoes

  • 4 lárge potátoes, peeled, diced
  • 1 stick of butter, unsálted
  • 1/4 cup heávy creám
  • 2 teáspoons chipotle pepper
  • 2 teáspoons creole seásoning
  • 2 teáspoons gárlic powder
